With just 10 tables available along the large terrace overlooking the hotel, it offers a privileged atmosphere with views over the coast. Our talented chef dreams up a refined menu, highlighting fresh products, mostly sourced directly from the hotel's vegetable garden. Every day, the menu is presented on a slate, with new suggestions every day, revealing a culinary experience in constant renewal.
As a result of our commitment to short supply chains, we work exclusively with local products. The goat's cheese comes from our owner Jessica's brother's farm, while her husband is responsible for supplying freshly caught fish and local meat purchased at the market. The fruits, vegetables and herbs used in our dishes are taken from our own vegetable garden, and anything not available on site is purchased from a local market gardener.
Nestled directly on the fantastic Palombaggia Beach, La Paillotte beach hut is easily accessible on foot or via our free shuttle service from the hotel's reception. It welcomes guests every day from 09:00 to 20:00 and offers a relaxed culinary experience: snacks, salads, sandwiches and ice-creams, all made with fresh ingredients. And not forgetting a wide range of drinks to cool down in the summer sun!

In the high season, we recommend booking in advance to guarantee a seat in this popular venue among visitors seeking a delicious and affordable experience by the water's edge. La Paillotte beach hut also offers lounger rentals (booking recommended) at a rate of €20 per person/per day, with priority given to hotel guests.
